The Blues skipper copped a hit from Demons forward Kysaiah Pickett and went off with blood coming from his head.
The Dees forward is certain to be scrutinised by the MRO and is likely to miss a preliminary final next week if the Demons win.

“He’s opted to bump Cripps has gone off with a blood rule,” Luke Hodge said.
“They’d look at that and as soon as you opt to bump a player high, definitely look at it.
“It is just fraught with danger. You are better off tackling. That should be your first thought now.
“I mean, if you can legally do it, OK, but you are taking a big risk.”
Pickett was suspended earlier this season for a brutal bump on Western Bulldogs midfielder Bailey Smith.
